Sports Picture Day
Sports Uniforms
Volleyball, soccer, and basketball uniforms will be provided by Attea at no cost to families. Please return at the end of the season to avoid paying a lost/damaged fee (entire cost of uniform).

Athletics Forms
Parent Authorization, Sports Physical, and Concussion Waiver forms must be submitted prior to tryouts to qualify. Coaches distribute tryout packets with the required forms before the season begins. The physical form needs to be provided by the doctor and signed.
