Friday, April 27th is The National Day of Silence. Day of Silence is a student led national event organized in thousands of schools, bringing awareness to the silencing effects of anti-LGBTQ name-calling, bullying, and harassment in schools. Students take a vow of silence in an effort to encourage others to address the problem of anti-LGBTQ behavior. Click on the Participation Pledge here to pledge your silence! At 2:59, we will break the silence together as an Attea Community with some school spirit. Participant cards and brochures will be available in the school foyer before school.
